John V. Naraine – Announcement

December 30, 1928 – August 4, 2017

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of John Vibart Naraine on Friday, August 4th, 2017.  Profoundly missed by his wife, Sukhie Rita, children Joseph (Marlene), Jeanette (Phil), Annette (deceased), Lynette (deceased) (Joe), Francis, Tom (Sandra), Paul (Nari), and Dan (Hattie), grandchildren Gail, Shakira (Malcolm), Rehana, Badrudeen (Naree), Tyrone (Dorothy), Bonita (Manny), Jackie, Senara (Raj), Teena (Keshav), Sarah (Ryan), Abby, Lisa (Rocco), Michelle, twelve adoring great-grandchildren, and extended family and friends. 

John has requested a closed, private funeral, and the family would like to thank all of their extended family, friends, and colleagues for respecting his wishes at this time.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of special significance to John: The Bread of Life Humanitarian Ministry, Inc., 40 Lady Sarah Crescent, Toronto, Ontario, M1V 1P5. We would like to thank Dr. Rahim Abdulhussein and the entire staff of The Scarborough Hospital (General Campus), as well as the management and staff of Sienna Living – Midland Care Gardens for their tireless work on John’s behalf.  We will be forever grateful for their dedication and compassion.  Thank you for your support and prayers.
