Obituary of John Dickson

John Kerr Dickson, 74, of Mississauga, Ontario, born in Scotland, passed away very peacefully on June 21, 2025.  He will be profoundly missed by his beloved wife Tania, his two daughters, Susan (Patrick), Angela (Brent), and cherished grandchildren.  John also leaves behind his sisters, Ella and Christine; along with several  sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.  They will all miss him greatly.

Known for his strength, wisdom, warm heart and humour, John brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.  He had a lengthy career in telecommunications, but his passion was volunteering at West Park Healthcare Centre for the past 14 years, where he devoted many hours and made wonderful friends.

His presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered.  In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no memorial service.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the West Park Foundation General Donations by using the Donations tab here on his home page (tab above).
