I will always remember how excited Didun used to be to cook for her nat-jamai whenever I visited Mississauga. I don't usually eat lamb, but her lamb shingaras were so good that I had three and her patishaptas were unforgettable too. Even after cooking such amazing food, she would still find something missing. She always made sure I was being taken care of. I will truly miss her presence, her fighting spirit, her modern thinking, and even her wonderfully "unique" Bengali expressions!

We all still fondly remember how much she enjoyed the mishti at the wedding reception. Seeing her take such joy in the simple pleasures of life brought us great happiness, and it is a memory we will always cherish.
