To Hiram's Family
It is with Great sadness that I send this message of my sincere condolences. I have just recently learned of Hiram's sudden passing, he will always live on in the hearts and minds of those who have had the privilege to know Hiram.
I look back of his phonominal accomplishments. The Best of the Best, The Very Best to of preserved and achieve the Governor General Award.
Thank you for our many Happy memories.They shall be cherish till infinity. Safe in the arms of The Higher Power.

To Hiram's Family. I only heard the news of Hiram's passing yesterday and I wanted to say how very sorry I am for your lose. Hiram was such a funny,loving, and intelligent man, who has left us too early. I would like to count myself among one of his friends, although it has been years since we were in touch. And though it has been years " I Always Thought I'd See You Again"..... RIP

Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and so many loving memories to hold forever in our hearts, Hiram was a joy to be with growing up, he was always so kind and had a great sense of humour. Even though we lost touch over the years, I will always cherish my many wonderful childhood memories with him. My sincere condolences.

Melvin,and family
So sorry to hear of the passing of Hiram, I new him as a childhood friend as far back as living in Belldowns Point, he was a great friend, full off energy, always had that grin on his face that would make anyone smile even on a bad day!!! I well cherish all those memories knowing he was such a kind hearted person, even though I haven't seen him in years, he well never be forgotten!! Take comfort in knowing he is now with his Mom, and brothers and he is now at Peace. Pearl, Irving, Robbie,Ronnie take care off each other and especially your Dad and may God give you strength to see the days ahead.

My condolences to the Gilley family on the loss of your son, brother and uncle. I have know Hiram for as long as I can remember and have many fond memories from our childhood right through to our adult years.I was devastated to learn of his passing but was glad to be able to attend the service with his family in Toronto and to see him one last time. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that he is at peace and together once again with the rest of your loved ones. Until we meet again my friend, RIP. Love always Florence

I will always remember Hiram as a sweet, friendly person. Growing up in Cow Head across the road from where Hiram grew up, I remember him as a kind soul. He was older than me , and he always spoke to me with kindness. The last time I saw Hiram was a few years back when he was home in Newfoundland for a visit. I was fortunate to have had a lovely chat with him........he was still that same kindly spoken person. Stephen fondly remembers Hiram also for the person he was, soft spoken, kind, and friendly.
Melvin, Pearl, Irving, Robbie, Ronnie, our thoughts, prayers, and love go out to you now during this very difficult time and will continue to be with you as you've all suffered so much loss in recent times. May you all find strength and courage from knowing you are in the thoughts of so many people. Take Care.
