Obituary of Clara Joy Mitchell

We are greatly saddened by the passing of our mom on April 11/17 at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. She was born in Toronto, April 29, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Dorothy Emmett & her late step father Jack. She leaves behind her brother, Jim, sisters, Kathy & Patricia. She will be sadly missed by her 4 children, Gail Simon, Susan Vanleeuwen, Brian Brownlee & Michael Brownlee, 7 grand children & 3 great grand children. We know you are at peace now & someday we will be together. Love you momsie forever. xoxo Please join us in celebrating Clara's life on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 12:15 - 3 p.m. at the eco Life Celebration Centre at St. John's Dixie Cemetery (737 Dundas St. East, Mississauga at Cawthra). Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the church. Please meet prior to 12:15 p.m. at Section B of the Cemetery for the interment. All will be welcomed into the Oak Room of the main building following the interment for a Celebration of Life from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. A time of focused tribute will be delivered at 1 p.m. Please share in your memories, photos and sentiments of Clara's life here at her Memorial Website.
