I went to Earl Beatty with Michelle when I was in grade 8. Sadly, we lost touch. We had so much in common especially our love for the Spice Girls!!! I am so sorry Michelle that I didn't keep in contact with you. I know you have been gone for a while but I have never forgot you!!! I am so saddened to hear of your passing. You were such a sweet girl. I remember you and my sister dancing around to the Spice Girls in our house. You were always full of positive energy. When we reconnected again you said such nice things that really made my day and made me feel so grateful for having known you. I am so sorry for everyone who has lost such a sparkling star. This was Michelle saying goodbye to me before heading out of town in August 2012.
Michelle could light up a room with her smile. She was a gentle soul with a warm and caring disposition. The love that she had for her family and friends is a legacy that will be cherished by those lives who she touched. Goodbye isn't forever, it's merely a short term thing.

My heart is with Michelle’s family and loved ones.
She was an amazing, strong, beautiful and warm lady. We were elementary school friends and I remember her fondly. From her friends with the other girls and forming their own version of the Sprice Girls. Recently we reconnected and she was helping me through some of mental health challenages. Without her guidence, getting though the last two months would have been more difficult than it already has been. I pray that she has finally found peace.
