Dear Mandy & Boys, So very sorry to hear about Rick from Ellie Ward. I thoroughly enjoyed painting the watercolour of your home & seeing the good job you & Rick had done of the renovation. We last met at Alex & Haillie's wedding. We just read the obituary in the Globe; many fond memories. Our condolence to you & the family.

We were so saddened to hear of Rick's passing. I ( Diana) have known Mandy all of my life , and it was obvious to both Bob and myself that Rick and Mandy were a wonderful match; strong partners in love and in life. We have such great memories of family get-togethers and cottage visits full of laughter and good times. We are sorry we cannot be at the celebration of Rick's life but we know Mandy and the boys will be surrounded by love and support and we send love to the family from Montreal.

Dear Amanda, Logan and Wyatt:
I was deeply saddened to read the Notice of Rick's passing.
We met at UCC as high school students and later shared a year at Jarvis Collegiate.
Rick marched to his own beat. He was clever, artistic and independent in his own way.
In recent years we would periodically meet in the neighbourhood and share a laugh over those teenage years.
His kindness will be missed.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Rick. Though it has been years since we last talked and longer since we last saw each other, Rick was one of the few people I considered to be a close friend. I assumed we would get together some day and catch up on all that has happened over the years in our respective lives. Families, business and adventures would certainly have been thoroughly discussed. The opportunity for that discussion is, regretfully, gone now for me.
Mandy, I am sure you know that you were the love of his life. He was in awe of you. Again I am so sorry for your loss. Donna's and my thoughts are with you, Logan and Wyatt.

Dear Amanda and family,
I was so sorry to hear of Rick’s passing. I always enjoyed those opportunities that I had to spend time with him. He was a fine man, and I know that he will be much missed.
There is little one can say at such a time, but my thoughts are with you as you cope with this sad loss. I hope that the many wonderful memories you have of your life together bring you some comfort over this difficult time.
