Obituary of Jeremy Michael Brown

Jeremy Michael Brown

1976-2019

Intellectual. Thoughtful. Well read. Gentle. These are the memories of Jeremy that will warm our hearts for years to come.

Born in St. Catharine’s on November 22, 1976, Jeremy spent his childhood in southern Ontario and settled in Woodstock as a young adult. An honours graduate of the Institute for Computer Studies, Jeremy worked in the automotive parts industry for most of his career. He was an avid Patriots football fan and a shrewd card and board game player.

Sadly, Jeremy was tackled by darkness the week of July 7. His memory lives on with each of us and we are grateful for the loving support of family and friends who continue to keep us buoyant as we confront this tremendous loss. Jeremy’s company will be missed at family gatherings, the pool hall and board games.

If desired, donations in Jeremy’s memory may be directed to the Canadian Mental Health Association Oxford Self Help in the Woodstock region by using the link above. Jeremy was both a beneficiary of and volunteer with this worthy organization.

Jeremy’s life will be commemorated during a memorial service at St. James Chapel located in St. James Cemetery (635 Parliament Street) in Toronto on August 6, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. followed by a reception at the Roxy on King (284A King Street West, Toronto)  from 1-5 p.m.

Please share in your favourite memories, sentiments and photos of his life here at his memorial webpage.
