Sending my deepest condolences to the whole Gaspar family during this difficult time.
Too young with so much life still ahead, no words can describe how truly sorry I am for your loss. I am blessed to have shared a part of his life as my extended family. Joe's pain is gone and his soul is now at peace.
Christina, my heart aches for you and can never imagine what you or the family must have endured and don't know what you are feeling right now, but I do know that God will always be with you. I am so sorry to hear about your father. You were your daddy's everything, just know that he will continue to watch over you. I love you and I miss you!
May God wrap his arms around you and the entire family and give you all peace.
You are all in my prayers and thoughts. .
Always here if you need anything. xoxo
Love Always,
Elizabeth Pimentel

Even though we did not see Joe that often, whenever he was in the studio or a team picnic, you 'knew' he was there. He always brought his happy going demeanor in with him which came in many forms: singing, his many jokes & stories, his love of food and his expert tradesmen skills. He was a perfectionist with his work, so things may have taken him a bit longer, but when he was done, it always looked great.
I will always remember one particular day that he was in the office the same day as our cleaning lady. Multiple times he told her 'you missed a spot' and he'd point somewhere, and somewhere else. She kept asking where! I was in hysterics. He always made me laugh! I will miss those times but am happy to have many over the years.
Rest in peace Joe!

I did not know Joe for long, but of the times he was in the studio, he always had a big smile on his face and good stories to tell.
He loved cooking and was always so generous in sharing his food and equally proud in sharing how he made the dish.
Joe was very dedicated and his love for his family was clearly shown. We will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace Joe!

As mentioned in his tribute, Joe could make everyone laugh – with honest laughter. The kind that leaves you feeling refreshed afterward. I'm grateful to have experienced those moments with him.
Joe loved food – eating, cooking and sharing it. And as we can all agree, it is a gift to be able to share a meal with the people in out lives. I'm fortunate to have been able to share a number of meals with Joe over the years, from family BBQs in the park to lunch at the office. Joe was good company at the dinner table.
Joe was also a talented and skilled tradesman. Over the years he worked on a number projects at the office, and his skills were obvious. But perhaps it is the fact that he was always in a good mood no matter how dusty or laborious the job – Joe always had a smile and a joke.
Rest in peace Joe.

Joe was a very special guy. I feel very fortunate to have known him. Humberto and I had many great evenings with Joe playing cards, listening to music and of course laughing. Joe was also a great cook, he made one of the best birthday dinners I have ever had and will never forget. Rest in peace Joe, you will be missed!
