Uncle Dennis, you entered into our lives this summer, and then exited suddenly.
Thank you for the time that you spent with us. We will forever cherish the memories we have with you. We shared some laughter, food, stories and good times with Dennis. Thank you for making us laugh, for playing cards with us outside even while the mosquitoes were out biting, and for watching our favourite tv shows with us (even if you had no clue what was going on.)
Uncle Dennis, your mom is here today. The last time that your mom, Kamla heard from you it was by text and you wrote that you loved her.
Your mom will forever have lots of stories to tell about you, but the memory she holds dearest to her heart is that you often hugged her and reminded her how much you loved her. Memories like that will live on forever in your mom’s heart and will be treasured dearly, for the rest of her life.
Our deepest sympathies and condolences to Dennis’s mom, and all of his family members.
Uncle Dennis, it is unfortunate how the world works sometimes but, that’s life. You are so very missed and loved. Never forgotten and we will always be thinking of you. Rest in Peace.

From Dennis’s daughter Leandra and son Lucas
Loving son, Indar Singh, 54 years old, passed away on October 31st, in his sleep.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago and at the age of 9, Dennis, his brother Ron, and parents migrated to the United States. Indar was the son of Kamla. He graduated from Dowling College, Oakdale, Long Island, New York and worked 10 years as a teacher.
Indar will be remembered as being a man of faith. Dennis was a member of the First Baptist Church in Florida. Dennis enjoyed having fun and laughing, eating good food, and helping others. Dennis accumulated many friends through the years. Dennis favorite things were to cook and entertain family and friends.
Dennis is survived by his 2 children, Lucas and Leandra, his mother Kamla and her husband Dianan, who was his good friend, and his brother Ron and family.
Indar used to read the Bible and these are some of his favorite verses:
Psalm 119:50
“My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life.”
Psalm 34:18
“The Lord is near to those who are discouraged; he saves those who have lost all hope.”
From Kamla, Dennis’s mother,
who is visiting Canada from Long Island, New York.
Dennis was a loving , generous person who was always kind to people.
Dennis will be missed by all his cousins, nephews and niece.
Dennis loved his children, Lucas and Leandra, his mom, Dianan and his brother, Ron.

Condolences to the entire family, Dennis's extended family and his children.
Dennis changed careers late in life from a Teacher to Law Clerk in his 40's.
Dennis worked hard and was loved by everyone who met him.
Dennis was a volunteer soccer coach with the Bolton Wanders Soccer Club in Bolton and also volunteered as a Meal Server at a Homeless Shelter with The Salvation Army.
Loved by many and will be missed.
May he rest in peace in his beach hut on the water front.
