Mama,I pray that you are finally at rest with your beloved son Jerry, you were such a wonderful person to know. I am so grateful I had a second chance of having a mother like you in my life. You use to ask me who called me Jack? It use to bring a smile on you face when you asked because it reminded you of Jerry. You are going to be missed very much. Forever Loved and Never Forgotten.
