One of my favourite memories with Auntie Donna and Uncle Eric was Easter in Glen Sutton. Snow was on the ground and the sun was bright. We were in the “old house” (no insulating factor). We came in by snowmobile and sled. It took a few trips! We settled in. The sled was on the front lawn turned sideways to block the wind. I remember lying in the hot sun, on a fun afternoon, watching the adults play cards. Laughter, jibes, and good banter. Donna had her shades on. A great photo of this is at the “new house” in Glen Sutton.

When I was in my teens, we had travel adventures together including a road trip to Disney World and a narrow barge trip through the canals in the Lake District of England. Donna, Eric, and the boys were living in Chislehurst Kent. Siblings Eric, Peter, and Madeleine and there spouses, and a few from the next generation, joined in the fun. Nine of us on the barge (lol).
