There are numerous forms of 'Death Certificates' available to you. The most common is a Proof of Death Certificate issued by the Funeral Home. While many funeral homes limit or charge for copies, we supply an unlimited amount at no additional cost.

Proof of Death Certificates are generally not accepted outside of Ontario & Canada and if foreign property, insurance policies or pensions are held, we can help you receive provincially issued Ontario Death Certificates.
